Suggest Food Intake To Reduce Weight

hello doctor,

my name is sathia.my weight is 67, height is 5.2 and age is 30. i want to reduce my weight through siddha or ayruvedic or natural food and vegetables. which food take to reduce the weight? and one more important matter is my delivery is sicsaren . please suggest me?

Interesting indeed. Thank you for your query. Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals. That's all about the diet. Yes I can understand that you have had a caesarean section. Thats ok. You can start walking for 15-20 minutes a day . That will keep you mentally and physically fit. I hope this helps. You can ask any other query.
