Suggest For Redness And Swollen Lump On The Left Arm

i shot in my left arm and missed but it was mostly water i have a lump now just a few hours later its red swollen and hot it looks almost like mersa when it first appears before it starts oosing and i cant extend my arm all the way out. WHAT SHOULD i DO. I STUCK A NEEDLE IN IT ABOUT 10 TIMES TO SEE IF IT WOULD DRAIN. IT DIDNT WHAT SHOULD I DO

* As per my clinical experience, the lump is post inflammation via some sort of bacterial infection giving cellulitis changes.

* Though ice pack can relieve primary pain, I recommend to consult your doc for prescription of antibiotic, anti inflammatory drugs to recover it faster. Till that time, do not poke with any needle or other instruments to increase the infection inadvertently.
