Suggest Generic Name For Myrbetriq

I am 83 and have OAB, urinating about ever hour daily. I sleep about 2 to 3 hours each night because of OAB. The Dr. gave me samples of Myrbetriq (mirabegron) to take one in the evening. They seem to work allowing me to sleep without getting up to urinate so often. The problem is I cannot afford Myrbetriq and there is not a generic. The cost is about $130.00. Can you give generic names that would take the place of Myrbetriq?. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Bob Foster

No, I'm sorry. There is currently no therapeutically equivalent version of Myrbetriq available. The use of this drug shown to reduce the number of incontinence episodes, and it works as well as the anticholinergics and leads to a 20% increase in bladder capacity.
I suggest you to ask your urologist for more affordable drugs that works like Myrbetriq.

Be careful of online pharmacies that may attempt to sell an illegal generic version of Myrbetriq. These medications may be counterfeit and potentially unsafe.
Ask your doctor for advice if you are feel not sure about the online purchase of any medication.
