hi, i am a 25yr old male, 5 feet 6 inches tall. At the moment my weight is 183 pounds. I would like to lose around 20 pounds before my birthday which is in 6 months from now. I don't have time to work out cause of my schedule so i need a healthy diet plan that can help me.
