Hello! I'm sure you can lose weight with a little bit of dedication and time. The key is to stay focused and don't get distrusted from outer factors. The body is made 30% in the gym and 70% in kitchen. So it is important to have a good diet. This doesn't mean starvation. This mean eating in a mods rate way. A high protein diet is the key. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Atje energy needed to digest and process protein is higher compare with carbohydrates and lipids. Also consuming proteins you feel more fulfilled during the day. Eat a lot of fruits and salad in order to get all the nutrients you need. Try to do weight lifting because you will burn more calories, combined with cardio. Best regards.
