Hi,My Name is Raja from India . My Body Weight is 60 KG and I want to Build my Muscle and Increase my Body Weight to 75 Kg, I am Planning to start Strength Exercise in Gym and also Planning to Use Amway Nutrilite Protein Powder as a Supplement. As I am a working Professional I am Not Getting Enough Time to have proper diet on Timely Manner .Kindly Guide me a Proper Way to Increase my Weight Regards Raja
Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum You can increase your weight by going to Gym. But balanced diet with extra proteinaceous food is required for muscle growth. As a doctor I donot recommend any protein powder supplement. You can take sprouted pulses 2 cup daily. If you want to have protein powder then please consult dietician before consuming it.
