Suggest Healthy Ways For Weight Loss

Hi I am about to start cipralex and I am concerned about weight gain. I am a long distance runner (running about 6 times a week) and would like to believe that I eat health. My doctor has told me that there are slim chances of gaining weight in this medication, particularly because of my lifestyle.

Do you think he is correct and if not are there any preventative measures i can take to eliminate this risk? I would rather loose weight than gain it.

gaining weight is a side effect of cipralex especially since it's too be used to long term but it's not very significant if you are aware of the side effect and you keep monitoring your weight while on it. try simple things like keeping a food diary to keep tract of what your eating, keep your proportions strictly under control and use fiber and food with less caloric value for satisfaction in case of too much craving. since your a runner, even if you do eat, you'll end up burning it eventually so no need to worry much.
