Suggest Herbal Remedy To Cure Chronic Migraine Triggered By Acidity

A friend is suffering from Migraines since childhood. it is observed that Acidity is one of the triggers. Every time he gets acidity, migraine follows. He takes Combiflam to help him with it. No other medicine seems to help relieve the pain apart from Combiflam. But knowing that it has side effects, is there a better medication, treatment, herbal remedy or any other option to curb Migraine permanently.

Dear user,

I really understand your concern about your friend.

Yes, acid reflux may triggers chronic migraine.

On the other hand Combiflam contains ibuprofen that makes acid reflux worse, so for his acid reflux I would prescribe Ranitidin 150 mg twice a day for 6-8 weeks that should be taken 30 minutes before meals.

All the best!
