Suggest Home Remedies For Constant Stiffness Below Neck And Through Shoulder

Hello, I ve been having a constant stiffness below my neck and through my shoulder. I ve tried different sleeping positions, a few stretching exercises, hot showers and Icy Hot, but still no success. Is there any other home remedies that can be recommended to help me?
