Suggest Home Remedies For Redness And Itching Around Penis Head

I recently masturbated one night and realized the next morning a lot of smegma on my penis head. I had no clue how to clean it properly so I left it there overnight. The next morning I noticed tiny red dots on the penis head near the pee hole, (I am uncurcumsized and can not pull back all the way, only half way) and it kind of itches once in a while. I need a fast way to get rid of them with home products, I was wondering if I could use hydrocortozon itch cream 1% or I heard about coconut oil. Please help!!!! (also I am a teen virgin)

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely yeast (fungal) infection. You can wash the area with saline or warm water. Avoid soaps and irritants. Using ointments with combination of antifungal like miconazole, anti bacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like betamethasone will be helpful also. You can practice stretching foreskin back and forth everyday to make it full retractable. If that is not working then corticosteroid ointments like betamethasone for 1 month will be helpful. If getting regular fungal infection don't use steroid ointments alone. Use the one with antifungal combination.
