Suggest Home Remedies For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Antidepressants

My doctor never renewed my antidepressants and other meds. I have been without them since for 3 days and am experiencing what I believe to be discontinuation syptoms really bad. I am having nausea, dizziness, and vomiting. I have been trying all kinds of home remedies to help me feel better but I still feel horrible. What other options do I have? This is the worse feeling ever.

Hello,

I think you may use a scheme to lower antidepressants dosage gradually by 25% of the dosage.
Also you can try to do exercises, go for a walk use dark chocolate often and keep getting out with friends.
You can use ginger tea and mint tea for nausea and vomiting.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
