Suggest Home Remedy For Constipation, Fishy Odor Stool And Diarrhea

I am cutrently taking phentermine 37.5 and have had great weight loss. In the last couple weeks i have bouts of terrible intestinal cramps that last for a couple hours before im able to defecate. Its very painful and then i have diarreha for the next 24 hours or so. Followed by many days of consipation. I drink alot of water and take stool softeners. I got scared today when this happened and my poop smells fishy and this last time was just chunks of blood. Is there anything i can do at home to help resolve this?

Diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain are common side effects of Phentermine.It has been proven effective for short-term weight loss when used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and exercise.

It should only be used as an adjunct to diet and exercise and should not be completely relied upon for weight loss.Any gastroenteritis or infection of the bowel should be ruled out. Probiotics can be taken to improve bowel health.

Due to the side effects ,you can stop the drug for few weeks and restart again inorder to reduce the symptoms and avoid using more than 3 months.The drug should be discontinued if symptoms persist.
