General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am not an expert in homeopathy but the height of a 4yr old is in ranges somewhere around 100+/-2. Height of the children actually depends on the height of mother and father. How is his mental development and other milestones. Thyroid function assessment may come handy. You can see a local doctor for his anthropometric assessment and other physical examination.

Hope this helped.
