Hello and welcome to Healthcare magic,

I have read your query and i hope to guide you. Are the rashes appearing only in winter? Has he been having this reaction with dough since long? In my opinion it is an allergy type of reaction, or simply eczema. Such a reaction can be cured by Dulcamara and Bell., when prescribed in the suitable potency.

I would recommend him to use a glove while kneading the dough. Avoiding frequent hand wash can help. Only use luke warm water with a mild hypoallergic hand wash if required. These steps along with the medication from an expert can surely relieve the problem.
