Suggest Homeopathic Treatment For Dilated Sigmoid In Rectum With Poor Contraction Of Rectum

My son aged 14 has developed the problem of leakage of since last 6 years. He had been suffering from constipation since he was two years old. MRI reports say moderately dialated sigmoid in rectum with poor contraction of rectum. No structural abnormality. Possibility of mega rectum. Is there a treatment in homeopathic ? Please advice.
