My doctor suggested ibugesic to be given if fever occurs before 6 hrs after giving calpol and only once in a day. My daughter is having high grade fever of 103 deg after calpol 250;2.5 ml in 3 to 4 hrs can u suggest ibugesic dosage her weight 10 age 2.5
