Suggest Ideal Dosage Of Cytotec

Hi, I m not sure if I m 10weeks pregnant now or more. And planning to take cytotec this weekend to end this unwanted pregnancy. Someone told me how to take the pill and I would like to ask if it s correct. She told me to take 1 pill orally with an empty stomache then after 1hour I am allowed to eat but crackers or biscuits only(dinner time), then going to bed, I will insert 1pill in my vagina and take another pill the following day upon waking up. Is it correct? Will this procedure work? because I can t see a doctor because abortion in our country is illegeal. Hope you could help me. Thanks!

Hi,



Since your pregnancy is of 10 weeks duration,Along with misoprostol ,another drug such as mifepristone may be required. Mifepristone should be taken as 200 mg tablet.



Forty eight hours later,Misoprostol 800mcg sublingually 3-hrly or vaginally/buccally every 3-12hrs (2-3 doses) will be required.



You may experience nausea,vomiting ,diarrhoea and vaginal bleeding with abdominal cramps.In case of absent bleeding or severe bleeding,it is essential to visit your doctor.
