A better option for longtime treatment of backache is Advil gel capsules 400mg two to three times daily, because tramadol is a moderate opioid it may cause side effects such addiction and constipation, so you should use only during pain crisis not calmed by Advil, take 10-15 drops in a spoon and add sugar to avoid bad taste.
