General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

On 1st day of periods start with red pill & follow the arrow to complete the pack. Pregnancy would be prevented till you continue taking pills regularly. Once you stop the pills, fertility would return immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
