Hello,

Herpes is caused by a virus and not a side effect of any medication.
Trancodol ( haloperidol )is an antipsychotic medication. The main side effect is an abnormality in the movement of muscles ( extra pyramidal signs). Bexol is given to reduce / prevent the side effect of of Trancodol. Depending on the condition for which it was given, these medicines may be required long term and periodical monitoring is required. Olimelt ( Olanzapine) is an atypical anti-psychotic which usually does not produce any extra pyramidal symptoms. Its main side effect is weight gain.
The person on these medicines should be under the supervision of a psychiatrist and should regularly follow the psychiatrists advice.
