Suggest Management For Spastic Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy GMFCS-II
HELLO,i m from Banswara [southern region of rajasthan] my son is suffering from spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy GMFCS-II.He is 22 months old, his left ankel's backside muscles is stiff so' he currently face minor problem in walking.................so, please guide me for my child

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion you should go for botox injection in the tendo achilles muscle ( ankle's backside) followed by intensive physiotherapy which will reduce the stiffness. The botox may need to be repeated. If not benefited by it then consider tendon release surgery. Kindly consult a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon regarding this.
