Suggest Management Of Meniere S Disease With Lorazepam And Diazepam Dependency

I take 5 mg diazepam with 2 mg lorazepam at night before bed . I have menieres disease and wake at 2 am spinning if I skip the lorazepam and have constant vertigo without the diazepam. Am I at risk for anything ? I also take .8 mg of tamulosen in the mornings along with an occasional tramadol depending on my sciatica.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the main concern is vertigo then it may not be due to skipping of lorazepam but it could be due to some functional elements some time Benzodiazepines it self may cause the vertigo hope this information helps.
