Suggest Management Of Migraine-associated Vertigo

I have been suffering with extreme vertigo for over a year and a half. I have had a Mri and ct which were all fine. Had the balance test and have 29% vestibular loss in the right ear. Have been in physio for a year now with little improvement. Last diagnosis is possibly migraine associated vertigo and taking Tricyclic antidepressant to help prevent migraine. Very little improvement. Have seen 2 ents and a Neuroilgist and mental health. All say nothing wrong but say there is an issue. Last ent came up with the mav

-Use pain relievers. Aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) may help relieve mild migraines. -Use triptans. These medications are often used in treating migraines.
-Use anti-nausea medications.
-In case that the pain contine use opioid medications.
