I have been suffering with extreme vertigo for over a year and a half. I have had a Mri and ct which were all fine. Had the balance test and have 29% vestibular loss in the right ear. Have been in physio for a year now with little improvement. Last diagnosis is possibly migraine associated vertigo and taking Tricyclic antidepressant to help prevent migraine.
