Suggest Management Of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis And Heart Attacks

I have rhumatoid arthritis and osteo. I ve had two heart attacks 2 years apart. My heart was measures at 20% and an ICD was put in. They think that my heart condition was worsened by the RA. I m 50 years old. The RA is not under control and I ve been through the two biologics, steroids, and methotrexate. I ve also developed osteoarthritis. I have obvious swelling but the SED rate is normal. The RA factor is over 600. Can you offer any prognosis and advice for longevity? My concern is that I ll have a third heart attack or stroke.

Hi,sorry i can understand your pain, can imagine the pain you are undergoing but to tell you lots of studies had been conducted and those studies hadbeen concluded that rheumatic arthritis and steroid usage increases the risk of myocardial infarction

So its better to take care as much as possible, meet your doctor atleast once in a mounth and also do some exercises as advised by your docotor, because you need to maintain limited threshold for the exercises because you have underlying heart condition

healthy diet, regular exercises, consulting your doctor once in a mounth, life style modifications(to stop smoking and alchol all these will can prevent next attack

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
