What Causes Osteoarthritis On Knee While Having Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Joints?
Awhile back I was told that I had osteoarthritis on my right knee. But on other joints I have, rheumatoid Arthritis (or maybe it is called arthritis ) on my fingers ( lumps) and top of foot on right foot have. pain? What is the real difference of osteoarthritis & knee pain), & actual arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis?
Osteoarthritis is a joint arthritis which happens due to breakdown of joint cartilage and underlying bone. This can result as a result of prolonged weight bearing on joint, joint stress, over weight, or can be age related.
In contrast, rheumatoid arthritis is a inflammatory condition where joint swell and become painful due to ongoing inflammation happening in the body.
Hope this helps
Best Regards
