I am a46 yr male Engineer by Profession who has to uses stair a number of times during the day .I have a back pain radiating to left leg posteriorly with a feeling of reduced sensation below knee in left leg anterio poteriorly. MRI reveals scaralization of L-5 and mild disc bulge of L3-L-4.Kindly suggest conservative treatment for the same
