hi welcome,
some recent medicines are these
1- Azole chemical based shampoos (Ketoconazole - Nizoral)
2-Other similar medicated shampoos may contain fluconazole
sometime antibiotics also needed if there is reddening of the greasy patches that cause inflammation.
