Hi, I am 24 years old and I am working in IT industry.I don eat junk foods and my food intake quantity is also less but still my weight is getting increased since i am sitting for long time.Please suggest me some diet chart to reduce my weight and maintain good health as well.
Hi, Being into sedentary job,i would suggest that with some dietary changes ,do some lifestyle/behavioural modifications .The latest guidelines says that you don't have to eat less ,but eat right and be physically active.Try some small changes for the time being and then follow a regular detailed plan to maintain weight for longer hauls. 1.Fuel your body early in the morning with heavy breakfast.e.g Oats/daliya porridge. 2.Ensure 2 glasses of lukewarm water before your meals. 3.Avoid heavy dinners,and start your dinner with salads. 4.Turn your coffee/tea break in office as walking break 5.Chew your food and don't have distractive sources while eating(no t.v,laptops)-do mindful eating
