Suggest Me Medication For Cold After Appendectomy As It Hurts While Coughing

I had laparoscopic appendectomy (For appendicitis) back in the first week of October 2013, I had a speedy recovery but sometimes I get pains exactly where my appendix used to be. This only ever happens when I get a cold or get the flu, It s happened twice since October, whenever I get ill, it feels like the appendix stub or where it was cut off, still hurts. It s not a huge pain, but it s a sharp pain that is constant and noticeable. When the cold first came on 2 or 3 days ago, I also had a horrible central abdomen pain for about 30 minutes that then died down, exactly like the central abdomen pain I had when I got appendicitis and it shifted over to the right, although the first time that central pain lasted all night. Is it something to worry about?
