Suggest Me Medication Or Protein Powder To Gain Weight As I Am 20 Year Old.

I am 6 ft in height , 20 years of age and i only weigh 55 , I want to gain weight.. due to over burden of college tests, exams etc it is not possible for me to go to gym , can u suggest me some daily protien powder or something that i can mix with milk or water and drink everyday , i can do the regular workout (push ups, squats etc in my room itself) I just want anything that can increase my weight in the long term and i can take it everyday without side effects.

you can include a banana milk shake or a chickoo milk shake with nuts daily. This itself will help you gain 1/2 a kg a week. Focus on eating protein rich foods such as eggs, soya , Chicken and fish (if non veg), dals, paneer, curd.

Make sure you eat at frequent intervals. Keep dates and nuts as snacks to have in between.

You can add resource high protein to your milk and consume it to help you get additional protein in your diet
