Suggest Me The Treatment Of Hepatitis During Pregnancy?

Hi,My Wife is pregnant now 14 weeks, as a routine check as per the Gyno we found all results were fine expect - HBsAg : Postive As per her advice- she said if you had jaundice in past you might have this / if she had recieved blood in the past, she has not recieved blood from any one else but,she did suffer from jaunidce in her child hood, can you please tell me if any further treatment is required for this. she has reduced her wait since last checkup by a kg which worries me a lot as wellFYI - here are the details of reportAustralia Antigen -(HBsAG) +ve,Screening test for HIV IandII : Nonreactive,VDRL: Nonreactive,IMMUNOASSAYS-HbsAg(Quantitative) Reactive 250 IU/ml,method:Chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay,comment : Hbsag confirmatory test: +ve (Neutralisatin by specific ,antibody 84%

She is a chronic carrier of hepatitis. But there are chances of premature deliveries with this. Give her light diet, avoid ghee,oil etc. Start her to give some tocolytic agent after consulting your gynaec.
