Hello dear I understand your concern You have to go for the blood HCG test to detect the pregnancy. It is accurate test and detect the test just 10 days after the sexual intercourse or 5 days before the expected period date. Beta HCG will rise within 6-10 days after implantation. Implantation will occur within few hour to 5 days, depending on the ovulation time. So you can go for blood HCG quantitative test to detect the pregnancy earlier. Rosette inhibition assay for early pregnancy factor (EPF) can be detected in blood within 48 hours of fertilization. But it is expensive and time-consuming. So it is not commonly used.
