Suggest Medication Cold Sensation In Chest Radiating To Throat

Hi, I'm 17yrs old and I'm having a cold freezing sensation in my chest for the past 2 days at night time which radiates to the throat. I don't feel any burning sensation like in indigestion but I've still tried having digene syrup but it was of no effect. Kindly advice.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the esophageal erosion, in case you are exposed more to the air conditioner, there is possibility of the cool feeling in the chest and throat. As it is of 2 days duration, it may be due to the effect of irritant foods.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
