I was told I have IBS. But I don t think so. I have reqular morning bowel movements. Its when I go out to eat at resturants. I hour after I eat I have a sudden exspolsion. I can go to the resturant 20 times and be fine and I go back one time and boom. I take Peto Bismol pills, when I go out to eat. But now it seems that the pills aren t working. I don t know if its something they put in the foods or if its the food totaly. I know that spicy food are out becasue that triggers it fast. Iam just tired of taken pepto when I go out and worring will I make it home in time without a mess. Should I see a gastro doctor or is there just no help
Irritable bowel syndrome may trigger many foods. Bread and cereals made with refined (not whole) grains, processed foods such as chips and cookies coffee, carbonated drinks, and alcohol,high-protein diets, dairy products, especially cheese may trigger irritable bowels.
Please avoid above food, use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. Use probiotics twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
