Suggest Medication For UTI Along With Red Rashes On Stomach

I have a red rash under the flap of my stomach. I also have a UTI at this time.Any connection? How do I treat it? I am currently on Macrobid. I also have sjrogens disease and discoid lupus and am on Plaquenil and Prednisone. Any suggestions? I am five foot 2, weigh 156 pounds and am 78 years old. I have a history of recurrent UTI's.

Red rashes due to sjogern disease..dont use antibiotics 4r uti cadully..1st do investigation of urine culture sensitivity and find out antibiotic which is sensitive to the infection , in report u will get it,, don't use antibiotics wit h out investigation. If still infection persistent do ivp investigation. ? Hope I am helpful 2 u..
