Suggest Medication For UTI With Presence Of Pus Cells And Cloudy Urine
Sir, I m suffering from UTI, pus cells, cloudy urine found in reports but no urine culture was found.consulted two doctors took antibiotics course twice for 7 days. but still fell pain towards left of lower abdomen & feel like urinating every hr. please suggest me a better solution for this
some time there is urinary tract infection but urine cultures are negative. It usually happens when urine cultures done during antibiotics use. In my opinion all antibiotics should be stopped 48 hours before going for urine culture and best time of giving sample is morning urine. I advice my patients who come with symptoms of pain in kidney area on any side to go for ultra sono gram of kidney ureter and bladder to rule out kidney swelling due to obstruction by stones. I also advice my patients to change antibiotic according to culture reports. Take plenty of fluids 2-3 liters per day painkillers antispasmodics.
