Suggest Medication For A 3 Month Old Baby Suffering From Cold
Hi My son is 3mnths oald weighing 6.5 kgs suffering frm cough and cold I gave him mucolite 12drops in the morning and in the afternoon...respectively...did i overdose him Can i give him mucolite again now at 12 at night...and what about nebulizing him with levolin...should i give him levolin mixed with sterile water or only levolin concentrated..plz help me ..the baby z cryin a lot....

Cold needs just decongestant therapies like sudafed nasal sprays. Get some nebulization diluted with sterile water or normal saline. Simple saline nasal drops can help the blocked nose due to cold. Avoid mucolite. It has side affects.Seek the paediatrician if the problem persists.
