Suggest Medication For A Rash On The Butt Crack

Hi, I am concerned over a red rash that goes straight down my 'butt crack". I noticed it while I was cleaning myself in the shower yesterday, and felt pain (a raw feeling). I just started birth control for my first time..not sure if this has anything to do with this.
