i have done a blood test and bein told i have low esr levels. Doctor said i have a viral infection due to body insulation not being right. He put me on anti inflamitrys for 10 days which i finished 3 days ago. Since then aches and pains have returned to my joints.Could you explain more about these symtoms, and what i should do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having low ESR and viral infection lasting since few days which could be due to impaired immunity of your body. As you have low ESR count means infection is present in your body. I would suggest you nothing to worry about it. You should take NSAID medication along with antibiotic such as Levofloxacin. You should take plenty of fluids. Avoid taking any sharp and oily food substances. You should take fresh juices in diet. Try to divide your meals in small fractions rather than having bulk at a time. You should take soft and bland food. Visit general physician once and get it examined. Go for blood tests again as well. Start treatment after prescription.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
