Welcome to healthcaremagic,

There is a mesenteric gland enlargement along with the renal stone. Merely treating the stone would not reduce the pain.

As a doctor i would prefer to know what is causing the gland enlargement and suggest a management accordingly. It would be better if the patient was taken to a homeopathy expert nearby at the earliest.
