Suggest Medication For Abdominal Pain Due To Vomiting And Diarrhea
Yesterday I was vommiting and had diarrhea. Today I feel like I have a rock in my stomach. I ve been drinking water all day but now I can t even stand up straight and when I try to go both love handles hurt. Do I need medical attention? Or just wait it out?

Abdominal pain,vomiting and diarrhoea could be due to acute gastroenteritis,viral gastroenteritis,diverticulitis etc.
You must undergo routine blood count,electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen.
You will require antibiotics(quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals etc.) with antiemetic, antispasmodics and antiinflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.
There will be great need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body.
You must consult physician for immediate treatment.
