Since you had inflammation of the colon in the CT scan, your symptoms can be due to colitis and I would advise you the following: Colonoscopy and biopsy. Relevant tests of stool, blood and urine for getting corroborative evidence to get the most proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be undertaken. Do not change the diet as per someone else s advise. You have to make a list of the foods and beverages that suit you and should continue only these, stop anything else that does not suit you, instigates or enhances the symptoms. Hence find the specific cause and get treated accordingly to get well.
