Suggest Medication For Abortion
hi, i am pregnant. i dont know how many weeks. my last menstrual periods were on 13th march, 2011. i did pregnancy test today at home and results were +ve. i am not prepared for the pregnancy and want to abort. kindly help me and advice me if i can go for abortion at home. or else if i need medical help, then please let me knw of the cheapest abortion centre in mumbai as i cannot afford to pay high fees.

You can not do abortion at home. It definitely done under the medical help.
You have to consult registered maternity home where you can get certified gynecologist, you can contact trust maternity hospital for abortion process.
First you have to confirm gestational age of pregnancy as abortion done safely for intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week of gestational age.
So pre abortion USG will be needed to confirm intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy.
By method. mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour.
Follow up visit at 7th day and USG after 14 days to confirm compleet process of abortion that will normally complete in 4-6 day after taking abortion pill.
Do not use abortion pill at home without advice of gynecologist as it cause serious complication and chance of failure of abortion.
