Suggest Medication For An Erectile Dysfunction

I'm a 33 year old male with a history of alcohol abuse and cigarettes.(I was also using Dovate cream for the treatment of echzema for over a 24 month period) A couple of months ago I noticed a reduction in testicular volume and size. I went toi see a GP who ran some blood tests. My Prolactin,LH and FSH levels were within the normal ranges but my Testosterone levels were quite low at 8.3. He put me on cyponate and Ovidrel for 2 months, after that I was on 25mg of Clomiphene Citrate for 2 months. My condition has'nt improved, I do not get morning erections anymore and my testicles are still very small.
