Suggest Medication For Anti-phospholipid Syndrome,gerd,anemia & Crest Syndrome

I have been diagnosed with anti-phospholipid syndrome ,raynauds, GERD(acid reflux) , anemia,crest syndrome and been tested as well for mixed connective tissue disease and is confirmed....The way the doctors explained the mixed connective tissue disease has markers for not only CREST but also LUPUS and Scleredoma.....I take predisone and plaquenil for the auto immune diseases.... Is there any kinds of natural herbs or foods that I could eat too help with the auto immune diseases... I do have to take Coumadin every day for the rest of my life due to the Anti Phospholipid Syndrome... I take high blood pressure pills I take ampolopidine ***spelling may be wrong**** for the Raynauds and use for High Blood Pressure as well..... is difficult to treat.
