Suggest Medication For Armour Thyroid

MY TSH results were 1.32 (I take 30 mg of Armour Thyroid). I am very tired in the afternoon, have lots of trouble with weight gain and have third stage lyme (that makes it very hard for me to do intense exercise). Would you suggest I increase my medication or go on something different.

Hello and thank you for asking.
Your thyroid function is within the normal ranges with 30 mcg armor, that is why raising the dose is not recommended because it should cause hyperthyroidism with many side effects.
If you can not do physical activity, the diet remains the only way to loose weight
Anyway you should see a physician and make a detailed physical examination to rule out any possible cause of the obesity.
Hope i have been helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
