Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

Diprofos is a brand name of Injection Contains a Corticosteroid called Betamethasone and it may possible that it is not available in Your Country with the same brand name but Definitely it will be available there with some other brand name

but it is very important that you follow the correct dose and schedule , allergic asthma can be control with antihistamines such as levocetrazine , fexofenadine along with salbutamol and other Bronchiodialators which are safer option than steroids injections , and i would strongly suggest to consult with an dr there in your country , he will examine your mother thoroughly and will prescribe the best medicine available there

I hope it help
