Suggest Medication For Bad Headaches And Nose Bleeds

I've been having bad headaces n my temples n I sneezed hard one nite n my nose just started bleeding bad for a few min. Follow by a kind of big blood clot Afterwards I was tired n weak. Now I been having nose bleeds off n on but especially when I get real hot. Can stress cause this

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bad headaches and nose bleeds . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like anemia , chronic kidney disease , head trauma , inhaling chemicals , high blood pressure or sinusitis. I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan, MRI along with taking history . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist for heart disease and high blood pressure , who may prescribe betablockers or diuretic . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for sinusitis like problem . For now apply ice pack to nose , and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Also lower your salt consumption and eat healthy .
