Suggest Medication For Bee Sting In A 7-year-old

7 year old son stepped on a bee three days ago. His foot is very swollen and very red with some bruising starting to show around the area of the sting. What would be your recommendation to do? We have given him Benadryl every 4 hours and have also used ice every few hours with no improvement.
