I am 46 years old.Ht-5ft,weight-61 kg. I have some small black spots all over my face and neck .It do not itch or burn . it looks like pigmantation. Previously I have very clean and clear skin. I have no coplain of diabeties, thyroied or any other blood problems.My every blood test repot is healthy.I have consulted with many skin specialist and use many types of medicated skin lotion and cream but result is zero. Please advise me some remedies that I can come out if this problem and get clear healthy skin.
